With all the media attention lavished on movies, their ‘stars’ and the characters, is it any wonder that the ‘average person’ doesn’t feel adequate.

It’s amazing to think that some people think that learning stops when they leave school. It’s a real shame, but some of what they taught you in school is just plain wrong!

Look at this list:

  • Smoking – once recommended by doctors, now banned for health reasons
  • Opponents to the steam train claimed you would suffocate if you went faster than 25 miles per hour
  • Quote said to the Wright Brothers: ‘If God had wanted man to fly, he would have given us wings.’
  • If you want to be wealthy, you need to born with a silver spoon in your mouth or work hard

Now, I am one of those people that enjoys the satisfaction of a job well done, but the idea of working hard all my life in order to become wealthy was never appealing. In order to get things done faster, you need a proper system  in place, one that takes the ‘hard knocks’ learning out of putting things into action.
